I have been battling Endometriosis, Adenomyosis, vulvodynia, pelvic floor dysfunction, and more over the past decade.

Maggie Bowyer (they/them/theirs) is a poet as well as a blogger and essayist with a focus on Endometriosis and chronic pain. Editor-in-Chief of The Lariat Newspaper, they are the author of the poetry collection “The Whole Story” (Margaret Bowyer, 2020), a quarter-finalist in Brave New Voices 2016, and was a finalist for the Guilford County Poet Laureate. They have been featured in Germ Magazine, Teen Ink, Poetry 365, and more.
